  Details :- Sgt Rosser made a successful belly landing at Kirmington on return after being badly damaged by a Bf110. During the confusion of the attack Sgt Crowhurst baled out and is commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial.  
             
  195 aircraft detailed to attack with the loss of 4 Lancasters, described by the RAF as an unsuccessful raid.  
             
  Sgt Wilcock claimed the Bf110 as destroyed as it was seen to hit the sea with its starboard wing on fire. 5/NJG3 report the loss of Fw Otto Hagen and his gunner Uffw Walter Frinzel in Bf110 C-4 No.2158 D5+CN as being lost over the sea.  
     
  Sgt R V Rosser and also Sgt H Wilcock were on attachment from 196 squadron.
